RATES

Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the number of hours of service required and the number of people in attendance at your event. Baseline bartending packages start at around $299.99.

My all-inclusive rates feature:
* The Evansbar, my one-of-a-kind, elegant, black marble illuminated bar
* Consultation to help with party planning. I’ll advise you on what I’ve learned from many years in the business for how to plan a successful party, including liquor choices, amounts and the best location of the bar to ensure smooth drink service.
* 5 hours of professional, friendly and speedy bartending service for up to 300 people

How it works:
* Contact me for availability with the date and location of your event.
* Send me an email with answers to the following questions:

1. Venue Location
2. Date and Time of Event
3. How Many Guests
4. Type of Event? (Wedding, birthday party, etc.)
5. If you are having your event in another location besides your own property, what are the requirements of the venue for alcohol service?

* Provide a small deposit to secure your date.
* I will email you a drink list. You can add or subtract any items on the list based on your preferences. Once we have an approved list I will then compile a shopping list of ALL the necessary party paraphernalia that you will need, including cups, napkins, mixers and anything else. I will also inform you of the best places to shop for your goods.
* On the day of your event just have the components waiting for me where I will setup. I bring the Evansbar illuminated bar, bar tools and two ice chests. One ice chest is used for the ice in my sinks and the second is for your cold refreshments. (Beer, wine, etc.)
